"Good BD player for" little "money" 2010-08-22By Patrick F.I have the BD-C5900 now been two weeks and must say it works well. However, he has a good drive which is audible but audio from a movie or other drowned. The 3D feature works quite well and is a feast for the eyes. Unfortunately, there is currently too little 3D material.DLNA and Wlan I have not tested it since my TV (Samsung LE40 C750) has the same functions and I use it there. The "Anynet" is somewhat funny and gewöhnungbedürftig but in my opinion, not necessarily the true one. I need both remotes still there on the TV remote control no "disc menu" button, and there is no audio button to adjust the subtitles or language. The design is kept simple and the buttons are easy to operate via touch sensor.All in all a good product for "little" money.Would recommend it for people with not quite as thick purse: D

The television set arrived with a vertical white line running from about off the center right to the bottom. Called Samsung and they asked to update software to no avail, the Samsung promised to send some technician. Called Amazon and Amazon replaced the TV with a new one immediately. In three days time I had my tv replaced by Amazon, amazing Amazon, Samsung service people called a week later, I told them that their services were no longer needed. I would buy from Amazon anytime. Everything else works fine, 3d blue ray player. 3D is awsome, ESPN 3 incredible.

I got this Blu-ray player free as part of the 3D package with my new Samsung UN46C7000 46-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D LED HDTV (Black). It's the only Blu-ray player I've ever owned and it is a nice compact unit that's easy to use, but it's been a little buggy at times.
Several times now it hasn't sent a signal through the HDMI cable and once the picture was pixelated, but a simple power cycle fixes the problem. It's not enough to make me send it in for repairs, but it is a little annoying.
Upgrading the firmware via USB is very simple and I've already done it once as it was 3 updates behind right out of the box.
Overall I'm happy with it and wouldn't hesitate to buy one for the small price it's going for.
