Customer Reviews
Works wellI bought this to replace the wrist of a warehouse club to a more fractious, upconverting DVD player for four years.
Make sure you include the user manual BD-6800, which stresses the importance of updating the firmware. be done with this knowledge, I have tried several times with my wireless router, with no possibility to communicate: it is not correct. So I gave up and ran an Ethernet cable from the drive, the LAN interface directly with the router. E 'connected immediately and I could not update the firmware to make: the version of the apparatus of the box has been seen several revisions behind. Subsequently, the player is able to communicate wirelessly with no problem ... and download updates and other goodies.
The player works well, looks great on DVD, BD and I'm a great power in the movies of my Netflix queue. The remote control has buttons that are decent sized for my aging eyes.
So it's a very good mid-range player. Because of my knowledge, at the beginning, please.
pretty good

Ask the players a couple of days ago. The initial setup is a breeze. You are connected to Wifi internet very easily. He downloaded applications and it works. I tried things like Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, Accu-Weather, Google Maps, Sudoku, etc. and was just incredible. Then I got the real deal - playing a BD and it was quick, fast and fun. I struggled to upgrade the firmware (optional) on the net, but then I read on some forums, the update was simple USB, which proved to be true and things done in a very short time, the procedure was available at Samsung. So far, I am confident in the video and audio performance as well as complex applications and games that work on the subject.
I used it via HDMI with my LCD TV and an HD projector. I have two optical audio and analog TV receiver and 5.1 or tried. The remote is easy to use and has a good range (bounced signals worked well, there's never been to point the reader). Sure, it takes time to enter user ID stamps, etc. for Internet applications, but there is a single rate for installation.
